Been using these for a year now!
8 of 8 found this helpful I have been taking these for a year now. I had started premenopause at a very early age and had horrible hot flashes, water retention, adult acne and irregular bleeding. So I figured I would give this a try in attempt to avoid toxic hormone replacement. And it works wonders. I was able to sleep better, skin feels so much better. Still have irregular bleeding but not as severe as before. I was happy with the breast size increase, even though that wasn't my purpose for the purchase. I went from a 34b to a 36d. I will continue to order these till I longer need them. Excellent product and no side effects for me.

This is the best brand of Indigo henna I have ever used. I've been using henna for years and this one is the best.
