  Hi Jo. So I made a boo boo, the empty envelope was deliberate because I bought the evri label on the original package from the evri site and couldn't find a way to link the tracking number. I then went through eBay for the envelope tracking to ensure that eBay would release the funds. So paid twice but a lesson learned. I haven't used eBay in a few years and lots had changed. Thanks for letting me know. From this end all is good.
