ARRIVED broken
Purchased for a friend as a gift because my large one is fantastic! This arrived broken, with parts missing & didn't function at all. Thoroughly disappointing!!! We're going through a bad heat wave and my friend Candy really needed it NOW, and I can't figure
out how to navigate through return
and replacement - grrrr argh ack 😡😡😡 missing the remote control, and the screws to put together the base - and then the top of the unit is off like it was not really put together right in the first place (plus it has tool marks on it) and it won't run at all - it lights up but it sounds like it's seized! I'm extremely frustrated and upset that I could cry.
