  'Leather' bag was plastic - not Italian but made in China. Repeated requests for a refund, eventually agreed, returned the bag, now apparently it hasn't arrived and telling me to ask Ebay for the refund. Ebay want a photo, can't send one (haven't got the bag!) £18.70 out of pocket without even a plastic make-up bag to show for it.

  Bag is leather but I did agree to refund on her first request. I asked lady to initiate the refund via ebay tool. She did not.Instead she kept demanding for a refund with numerous rude emails. I politely reminded her all she had to do was to initiate refund process so that ebay could send her refund and return the fees paid to me. After two months from purchase, she now says she posted back the item and wants a cheque instead or else🤔Unfortunately this one customer was impossible to please.
