  Item did arrived with a crack I didn’t message as was cheap to start it but wasn’t described in description but all round a good seller

  I had no idea this item was cracked and buyer didn't message to let me know or I would have followed return procedures.

  I dislike leaving negative feedback,  but I was so disappointed by this sellers attitude, having listed an item which I felt was misleading in both the description and pictures. I tried as per ebay practice to negotiate a return. The was denied in a quite aggressive response and so ebay intervened promptly and refunded me.

  The buyer recieved exactly what they bought. They had failed to read the description of the item. Ebay found this was the case and sided with myself. The buyer only recieved a refund though buyer protection. Buyer extremely rude.
