This is an excellent chrome metal housing "high temperature" oven switch light.
This new "high temperature" range oven door light switch is EXACTLY what I was hoping for. The chrome metal housing is what makes it high temperature resistant. You will definitely not be disappointed by this switch to replace the oven door light switch on older ovens made in the 1960's and 1970's. Those plastic body switches would have melted after only one time of use in older ovens like mine! Be wise and get this chrome metal switch. You will be very glad you bought this switch.

Kenmore 30" white ceramic radiant cooktop model 44174
I purchased this cooktop because a neighbor had a radiant cooktop for years and always had great things to say about it. She loved the way it could boil water so fast. After having owned mine for several months now, I must admit that I'm so glad I replaced my old conventional iron coil cooktop with this one. The burners get red hot only a couple of seconds after I turn them on! And boiling a pan of water, that use to take 10-15 minutes now only takes about 4-5 minutes. Plus wiping the surface clean is SO EASY compared with what I used to have to go through. I will never go back to a conventional iron coil cooking appliance again, now that I know how great cooking can be on a ceramic radiant surface!!!
