Great!
I've purchased one for each tackle bag. Works well, much better than trying to sharpen hooks with a traditional steel file, the diamond file works really well I mainly use for sharpening hooks on perch lures after they've been dragged along river bed

useless
I have 5 different bit holders - it doesn't fit any of them, so is useless. Its 2-3mm too long for the longest of them. Only buy if you have matching Irwin bits

Good, if not as powerful as thumper mini pro 2
Good for backache, about half to two thirds as powerful as a mini thumper pro 2 which I used previously. It could do with a little bit more power in my opinion, & ideally a more variable rate rather than only 2 speeds, but decent for the money. An ideal massager would be somewhere between the two in power & price, with variable rate
