Conductive duh
1 of 1 found this helpful I just wish there was a better way to apply this on the die and the heatsink. There has to be a better way than to just violently rubbing this against the copper plates with a cotton bud until it finally starts to stick to copper. But no matter how well you clean the copper surface, it tends to ball up and run away lol. Another problem is the dark carbon powder like residue it leaves on copper with first try. You have to clean and apply atleast twice to make it stop
