  My wind deflector and fly catchers were delivered in good time at a competitive price however Royal Mail spoiled the party and despite the items being very well packaged one of the fly catchers was broken. I returned the goods to David and he refunded the full price plus all postage costs. A good EBay seller who refunded my items in good time. Sadly I can’t provide the same report for Royal Mail’s careless service.

  First and foremost I am sorry that you have stated the item is damaged, this is the FIRST negative feedback/problem I have received in nearly 19 years on ebay. The item was extremely well packaged to eliminate any possibility of damage. (Dispatched on the 14/02/24 and signed for by some one at your address on 15/02/24 and accepted in the sent condition as signed for. NO ATTEMPT OR CONTACT HAS BEEN MADE BY YOURSELF TO TRY AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. This is not the way the GENUINE ebay community work
