  Wow, what a great seller. Royal mail really messed up this order and seller went above and beyond to sort it out. Royal mail demanded I pay a ransom of £7 to get my book delivered because they basically destroyed the packaging and stamp then tried to claim the seller hadn't payed postage, which is kind of impossible to do in the first place. Seller refunded me £7 meaning they made no profit on the book. Lucky seller had proof they paid so hope they get their money back.
