  Inside kettle is totally rusty. Beyond cleaning and not fit to use as a kettle. Listing suggests that it can still boil water and that it could be cleaned however it is beyond this. Seller has said I can return for refund but I will have to pay postage. £4.99 each way means it would still cost me £10 and have nothing for it

  The listing clearly stated it was in poor condition - tried to accommodate seller by accepting return but still gave me negative feedback - hey ho - there we go. It was in my listing that I accepted returns on this item and that the buyer would be responsible for paying return postage. Not really sure why Ive been given this negative feedback as up until now been 100% positive.
