Reduced from ½ cm in thickness to a thin as a piece of paper
The only good thing about these insoles is that you get 2 pairs in a pack. The sad news is that after 5 days of wearing them they have gone from ½ cm in thickness to being as thin as a piece of paper. These are not good quality and I would not recommend them.

2 of 2 found this helpful I have been taken these for a couple of weeks. They were recomended by a family member who have been taken them for years. They are of excellent quality, and very easy to swallow. They arrived on time and well packed. The price is amazing especially as they last for the whole year which is great. What is also impressive is that that a portion of every purchase is donated to charity. I would recommend these and I will be purchasing more.
