  bought a used unit that was described as fully functional. received it (the package was delayed and only shipped AFTER i inquired about the status of the shipment) to find out it is not working. unit was sold and shipped without the necessary power supply, so while waiting i purchased one locally and made sure it was a functional power supply. the unit just doesn’t work. reached out to seller and his first reaction was everything works, you tampered with it and switched parts.
