Effective and Lasts 12 hours

Chlorpheniramine, one of the oldest antihistamines, is still the best! It could make you drowsy but, if you need to take it at night to help you sleep, making you drowsy is not a problem. The only problem is that it is not available in Canada in the 12 mg strength.
