  Product was not sealed, half empty. Spoke to seller they said" it was like that!". I returned the product using their address, I do not have a printer. They still haven't refunded me told me to" take it up with ebay." I do not know how? I would never recommend this seller to anyone.

  Not genuine leather despite being advertised as so, labels inside clearly state 100% polyurethane. I also had to get ebay to intervine to send the return postage. The also threatened to report me for using the bag, although I had initiated the return as soon as I opened the parcel, due to it being sold under false advertising. T
