    Firstly i have to press positive because its the only option if i want to leave feedback,Why? Buyer wanted item next day which i sent no offer of extra postage. Eight mile round trip to post office. Insole was split so was asked for contribution which i refused because of extra postage+petrol. Said the new insoles cost half the price of the shoes £17.50! Must jave gone yo Harrods! Sellers beware
