  The item was as expected, it’s a good quality product. Came with easy to follow instructions (for putting the box together) One piece was missing. However, when I contacted the buyer, they were very polite and quickly offered me a ‘replacement’ for the missing piece. Lovely people. Will definitely be buying from here again :)

  Seller only sent one ribbon for two boxes and claims one is enough for both boxes. It certainly wasn't 2m long and the boxes quality is below average quality. Will not be using seller again
