Garbage
1 of 2 found this helpful It sure is compact. When it comes missing the handle, it’s only a foot tall. I expected a refurbished machine to be completely gone through and inspected to ensure that it is fully functional. When they can miss that there are 4 handle pieces that aren’t included in the box, how confident can you be that they didn’t overlook any of the little pieces? When I reached out to Sun Joe, they wanted me to register it and then file a claim to get the handle. I had no confidence that it would be that easy and that I wouldn’t be spending a whole lot of time trying to diagnose other problems and filing more claims due to their shoddy refurbishing inspection. Needless to say, I sent it back.
