Brilliant buy, worth paying for the hard back version.
This is a quality product. The book is beautifully presented, the same quality photographs as the front cover continue throughout the book. The recipes are easy to follow and there are lovely hints from Si and Dave. It looks good in the bookcase...but don't expect it to stay there long. As a non vegetarian these recipes are an easy way to integrate vegetarian meals into every day cooking....just a shame there aren't more photographs of Si!
