  The satnav is now working, I had no computer to download the maps, there was no mention of having to do this on the original post. I had to go into a shop & pay to get this done. Now everything is working ok I have improved the review for this seller.

  The instructions clearly state that the Garmin app is required. Had you got this and connected the satnav you would have got the latest maps, which incidentally are free for life, and you would have been able to set it up with your details etc. You can even mount an SD card into the satnav to give you more memory. Hopefully you can understand my concern as this is my first ever negative review and is quite frankly unfounded.
