Correct Installation is a must
As a PC technician I can tell you if the software is configured correctly at the installation stage for that user, there's nothing to beat touch it GIGO

Excellent with the right source
This Speaker has the ability to be Amazing however it really does need the a right source, ie: the right app with master lossless recordings otherwise it can be unforgiving and show the true quality of a low quality format, I recommend the Tidal app using master recordings then you'll hear what it can do, plus downloading the B&O enhancement app is a must.

This shaver does the job however there is far too much vibration through the main holding body
