  Absolutely appalling customer service from this seller! Avoid! The listing title & description both stated "FRAMED cross stitch". When I received the item, it wasn't framed but arrived in a plastic bag! When I contacted the seller she offered me £10 when it would cost a lot more than that to get it framed or I could return it, which would be very difficult as I'm disabled, I live on my own & don't live near a post office. She then stated " I MUST have a carer who can drop it in a mail box"! 🤬
