    Although I ordered the Bimectin, I received the Noromectin as the ad stated. Arrived in a timely fashion, but product box was bent/dented because it came in just an envelope & the expiration date was sooner than I would prefer/choose at 10/2025 of this year. B+ rating

    I was disappointed when I received my order. Seller advertises the Durvet brand but what I got was Bimedia brand. Seller didnt even communicated they were subsituting the product. I paid double the price, for something that sells for $34.95. I didn't get what I thought I was ordering. We've always used the Durvet brand, so I hope this other brand works.

    we already advertised in our listing all these options and provided product photos as well. Buyer received exactly same product as per listing. we also notified buyer and explain on follow-up call as well. Before purchase Buyer did not read complete list with provided photos. we also explain in case certain packing required we can offer in 250ml packing.
