  Item was collection only. I drove to Dudley from Leicester and collected item and then back to Leicester only to discover that the item size had been listed incorrectly. I notified the customer who was apologetic and embarrassed. I drove back to Dudley to return item. Customer arranged a refund. I asked for reimbursement of fuel costs. Request was declined and I end up £35 out of pocket. Not all eBay members are bad eBayers……😡

  Was a genuine mistake as we explained. Gave you full refund within minutes of return. You decided to return them yourself and made no mention of compensation until you had already unloaded. We would have collected if given the option.
