Not what I expected

The filler's are quite uncomfortable because they are quite hard I expected them to be softer. Not what I expected.

Not what I expected

I bought this item which did not come with any instructions on how to assemble it. It definitely is not worth £17.95, I think probably worth £10. Funnily enough I actually found another over the door storage from a shop which was £10 and much better quality and the baskets were double the size. So I ended up returning this item.
