I'm still getting used to the Matrix but...

I'm still getting used to the Matrix but it seems to clean very well. The mopping is good and it certainly picks up huge amounts of dog hair. I really like the way it cleans under my sofa and armchairs and the edges of the rug are spotless. So far....so good. The App is not easy to work with and often unclear. Some features don't seem to work. So this could be improved a lot, but the matrix trundles through its routine in a really impressive way regardless - explores new areas and adds them.

Fantastic - shows Dyson the door

Having spent 3 years repairing a Dyson D6, that seemed to stop working after every use and spent as much time in bits on my kitchen work top as it did on the carpet - I am delighted with the Shark. It is unbelievable. No clog - no hair around brushes - don't have to stick your fingers in to empty - fold up for easy storage (I never thought ~I would want this feature, but its fantastic!). Early days but I really love it.
