Replacement Spade/Fork Handle Shaft Split Hard Toon Wood 72cm 28”

20mmx5mm piece of handle timber at forked splay chipped out.

Pity that the handle splay/split (in both handles) had small chip of timber missing. This marginally impairs the strength. It was surprisingly also present in a handle purchased a few years ago - 3 cases out of 3 possibly indicates that the supplier is regularly being fobbed off with sub-standard stock that has failed 100% inspection.
