Great book
I wanted a veggie cookbook that had quick and easy recipes without a long list of ingredients - this is it. A colour photo with every recipe, well laid out, useful meal planners, excellent.

super lid
This lid is great value, it helps retain flavour and moisture. I can have the hob temperature lower when using this lid. My spaghetti Bolognese tastes more flavourful.
