Google MESH 2nd generation Wifi Router and 2 Points - Snow

My Dilemma

I needed help getting it set up. He walked me through everything and I got it set up. But when I gave the model numbers of the units to google mess, they told me that they were 1st generation, not 2nd generation. Not sure what can be done about that if anything.
