It works ok and looks the part. I am upgrading a T430 with the old style T420 keyboard (the one I purchased). There is a couple of bad top row keys on the old keyboard and the keys are well worn and shiny so its a nice contrast and improves the looks as well.

Very pleased with the product.

I was replacing my mirror for mechanical reasons not cosmetic so I wanted to replace the paintable part with my original painted part. There was a small rib on my original part near to the inside end of the mirror that prevented a clean clip on. I paired the rib down with a stanley knife and it then fitted flush. If I was just swapping the mirror out then of course there would be no issues. I am very happy with the quality of the part and will be buying another for the other side now.
