    Used duplicate photos of the case that comes with them on 2 different listings and then never sends it with the products

    I explained to the user before posting that the photo had copied over from a previous listing. eBay made it into a template. I was in a rush that day and didn't notice an extra photo. The case in question doesn't fit the glasses but I sent it to the angry customer even after their abusive threats and entitled attitude. It was sent 48 tracked by Royal Mail and showed delivered, of course they lied and said it never showed up. eBay gave them ALL their money back, cos of a tantrum.
