Nissan Pixo failed on emissions - Passed after using this + good run out
My car failed on emissions (Lambda readings). Nissan Pixo with 30,000 but hadn't been used much over last year or so for various reasons. Went through MOT every time with no advisories prior to this.
2 days before retest added this product to half tank of fuel. Got the engine up to temperature day 1 and then proceeded to give it a lot of revs. Couldn't drive car on road at this point as MOT expired.
Day of MOT started car and let it come to temperature. Then went to MOT test station the long way round. Gave the car a good thrashing, never going above 3rd gear. Went for approx 30 mins drive / 12 miles.
Car flew through MOT. Considering the dealer was advising buying new sensors at £300 a pop (there's two and they weren't even sure if that was it) I'd say that was a result.
