With hindsight I would not have bought this product.
the item is a SKY tv remote.
The remote beam has a much reduced width than our old sky remote and as a result we had to be much more precise in aiming at the sky box and tv.
The buttons were stiff and didn't easily convey the sense that they had been pressed .
This remote is the same model no as our old one.(reason why we bought it).
I can't help thinking that all the above faults were the reason why it was £20 cheaper than stores like argos, but that is an assumption.
We only use it now when we need the function of the 1 button which didn't work on our old one.
