Soap nuts
Excellent value. A years supply of washing in this bag. This was my trial to see if soap nuts work and I'm happy to say they do. Won't go back to detergent. I do add a couple of spoons of soda crystals to help rid of grease (about a quid in Wilkos, will last a year), an essential oil (tea tree from Savers is great or add any scent you love) and a few squirts of white vinegar. The soda crystals, essential oil and vinegar additions are optional but cheap. Well chuffed to discover this. Makes me sad walking down the detergent aisle now...all that money from our pockets to pollute our own waterways. Glad I made the switch.

Something different, something delightful.
Something totally different and delightful. Each item is visually appealing. There's a pamphlet to tell you about each treat, just like a box of chocolates. Also there's some savoury items which I think is great. Even a sachet to make a Japanese drink! I got this for my 13 year old daughter and it was an instant hit. I cannot not buy this for her again, it's that good!

Minimalist laundry detergent
Does the job well. Creates a few duds at the beginning of wash which is reassuring to see. Lifts dirt out well. I chose non fragrenced and add a few drops of tea tree essential oil which is cheap from Savers. Saves a ton of space under the kitchen sink.
