Not so firm but good value and quality
I was looking for a firm pillow and that is how these pillows are advertised. As soon as they arrived I knew that they were not firm enough for me, on closer inspection they are rated 7 out of 10 for firmness on the packaging. This is the lowest rating for a firm pillow by the scale and much softer than I was looking for.

Easy to use and gives accurate information
I found this product very easy to use, you just hook it up to the battery and identify the battery type. The user instructions do not cover all the detail but it is intuitive and easy to figure out. You can then test the battery which gives a % life figure and the the alternator etc.
