Useful for short steps, but has severe draw backs
I bought this trolley for navigating heavy things around an office whether there lots of stairs. The trolley is great for short flights of steps of around 3, 4 of 5 steps. Anymore steps and you have a real problem from "gravity". For example I pulled a filing cabinet up a flight of 15 steps and you can not rest for one second due to the clever wheels. A wheel lock to hold it while you catch your breath would be a great improvement. The other main problem is that unlike a two wheel trolley it doesn't really turn when it's on the flat as it has two wheels down on either side. This makes it clumsy to use in tight areas. The final daft thing about this product is that the wheels are kept on the axle using a pin (a bit like a hair pin). But that pin tends to fall out with each use. I've had to stick them in using whatever I could find to stop them jumping out - but that's a bit naff as the wheel then keep falling off!! In summary, this is no substitute for a standard 2 wheeled trolley! (unfortunately)
