  Seller never shipped the item and did not communicate. The estimated delivery date came (over a month after ordering) and the item still hadn't been given tracking info. Ordered with plenty of time before Christmas, will now have to reorder through another seller and not have the gift for the holiday. Really surprising performance for a seller with overall good feedback.
