Very effective I recommend them 100%
My brother had very high cholesterol and I was told to have a test as well, which also proved to be very high. He recommended that I have these red sterol complex tablets, as he had started taking them and found them to be very effective.
I have also found them to be extremely good and within about a month of taking the tablets my cholesterol was down to normal, where it has remained ever since.
I can thoroughly recommend them to anyone whose cholesterol is too high.
