decent deal for what you pay
3 of 3 found this helpful So,I bought not one pair but several - me, my girl and for a friend; Tested all of them, in several configurations: PC, TV, even MP3 player.
Lets see the positive things:
1 - lightweight, really light, even with a pair of AA battery inside; Easy to wear, and easy to insert/change the battery.
2 - pretty low power consumption, you can run easily 3-4 days with a 3-4 h/day use with just a set of battery.
3 - easy to first use, my younger girl (9 years old) manage to set them up in just a minute.
4 - decent base, making them easy to set off, with a well design for the rest support.
5 - come with a micro, and that make them great for Skype like apps.
6 - decent range, much better then a BT device.
7 - most important, an (very) attractive price - under 10 euros .
Cons:
1 - sound quality its not great deal, I do own some Sony headphones who not only have more power but also have a much better sound; but also a much better sound quality.
2 - come with no power source - I try 3 different types of power adapter, all of them give a noisy interference and ruin the sound quality (not a great one from the start, anyway).
3 - no option to (re)charge (if you choose re-chargeable battery) - like other brands offer.
4 - sound quality: do not expect much, lots of interference, the "search" function needs a lot of time until will "hook" on the right frequency, decent to watch a movie, tough, not so much if you wish to play a HI FI song playlist.
Considering all this, I will give a plus (+) 8 of 10 points, with no restriction.

cheap come to a price
the battery, even big, its light and wont hold charge more then 30-45 min; I have an old 450 mA battery who work over 3-4 hours, after more then a year of daily charges; Anyway, I use only the top part (vap deposit) who work nice,but the battery who come with its absolutely useless.

a way to make your own cofee
So, I bought them not only to save some penny (since are more and more "compatible" capsules on the market, sometimes less then half price of an original Nestlle product) - but yes, more to make my own brand of coffee.
The Nestle brand do not have a decent number of options, nor the other "compatible" products, if one look at how many grain coffee brands are on the market.
Add to that the "little" details,like to be able to put a bit of cappuccino powder so the resulting coffee could be even more tasty.
So, I bought a dozen from 2 different sellers, (same design, cloned...) and I used a couple of times.
a - the positive aspects:
- easy to use
- high capacity to fill, able to "eat" 2 espresso charges ( I have a box from those) and still capable to put a little spoon of cappuccino on top !
- the hole design make easy to align with the Dolce Gust machine needle injector.
- the resulting coffee was tasty, dense, and creamy ( even if I used a 2 x bigger coup, of some 100ml)
b - negative :
- the tamper design its very fragile, probably will not last long ( I will say max 25-30 times before will break)
- the tamper do not have strong point to open, one need strong nails to open that thing
- the material used its a soft kind of plastic, with bad quality ( I have dispensable capsules from compatible brands, made for single use, with a much stronger plastic ! ) - so do not expect this product to have a long life.
I will be more then capable to pay 5-10 times more for a stainless steel design, bad are not such products ( or I am not aware about).
And at least, the cleaning part: I used a piece of filter paper, placed on top of the capsule filter ( so I got a double filter) to improve the coffee quality - and when I washed the capsule, after use, was very easy to clean the capsule own plastic filter, since this was protected by mine paper filter.
Resuming, for the money you spend, you get more then a decent product, and you can use at will the coffee brand you like more, and you even can add "special" ingredients if you wish.
Also, you can get a "bigger" cup of coffee without loosing on the quality , since you can load the capsule with 2 x more then "default" of a original Nestle one.
So, I recommend this product, with an average of 7 of 10 points.
