Arrived on time and properly packaged as advertised, but ever since unpacking it, it's been one problem after another. First it wouldn't accept automatic transfer from my old iphone, so I had to install everything manually and some things still do not work. Worst of all, the face ID only worked for a few days and since then it does not work any more. I suspect this isn't really an original new iPhone after all but at least I can make phonecalls
