A very useful MODERN aid towards understanding Shotokan Katas A SHOULD HAVE
Stephane Mari is exceedingly skilled in Shotokan Karate and it shows in his performance of the Katas.
The explanations of moves are excellent though from a pore technical view point these are Oyo as opposed to Bunkai in Japan bunkai is exact to the explanation of the Kata. That said these explanations are working modern defence moves but often end in take downs to the floor.
Very well worth the very reasonable price and lots of technical detail all the way though to help with specific techniques. a great effort and well produced.

By far the easiest wooden plane to remove the parts from the frame. Easy assembly without glue, but some parts would fall off it the assembled plane was played with, so a touch of wood glue would be recommended . My only criticism was in the assembly instructions . Other wooden models have a part by part photo layout which could be done here to improve this. That said made and played with in under an hour, but kids needed help with assembly.
Fast secure post. Recommended for sure.
