  The item was described as XL so I ordered it. once I had done this I noticed a picture with the item label Large. I immediately requested the buyer to cancel the order. He refused to do so. I waited for the item to be despatched but did not happen. Once I raised a request saying that I had no tracking number and the item had not arrived. The seller gives me a bogus tracking number. He finally admits he does not have any in my size and offers a refund. Poor communication!

  I’m really not sure why this seller lists on EBay. They like to take your money, generate a postage label, but doesn’t actually post the goods. Doesn’t reply to messages. I’ve had to file a case through EBay to get refunded. And it all takes time. Unfortunately.

  The vendor cancelled this order with the stated reason that there was a problem with the buyer's address. I queried this, and got no response. A second message elicited a response saying that 'due to system error' they no longer had my size. That's at least some explanation. They did give a full refund without being asked. Overall, not a very satisfactory experience.
