3M ? but did the job.

Thicker than I expected but stuck (too) well, but as it was for the hob, plenty to do it again.

It's a pity you have to buy the whole thing.

I only needed the male part, because of the inherent weakness of the design. The spike part is not strong enough where it joins the base. Not requiring the retaining catch part makes the male part an expensive bit.

Replacement connector

I have yet to try this new connector on my caravan but anticipate that it will function in the correct manner, being identical to the one it replaces. We had managed to snap the trigger on the old one and all of the clips holding the top moulding to the rest of the trigger assembly had broken prior to it coming into our possession. It was cheaper from this supplier than any other I found and was delivered free and swiftly.
