Magellan MAP 330m
My experience has been similar. MY 330m lost the "map" whatever that means. The do not service it any more. When I called to speak to customer service, I was routed, I think, to India. No prejudice here, but it was very difficult to understand the people on the other end. I would not buy this item unless you don't mind throwing it in the trash can when you have a problem. Otherwise, it is pretty good.
