Good little scam
No problem with the machine. Lots of choice but a little noisy (I just shut the door) However when the delivery guy dropped it off he said "do you want me to connect it for you" I of course said yes, which took him about 30 seconds (cold feed and plug in to mains) After doing this he said call it £20 mate!!!! I said I didn't realise there was a charge after all I could have easily done it myself. He replied that indesit would have charged me £35 and he only took cash. I wondered how many times he'd pulled that one on his customers.

Not thermal
Described as thermal which is why i purchased them. Made from the flimsiest material. Gossamer thin and not up to the job
