Pleasant surprise
1 of 1 found this helpful After reading reviews that it would not. Heat up past 475 degrees , it far surpassed that temperature and we are able to sear food right away Adding I grill wireless temperature device makes cooking even better to get food at proper temperature and not overcook

More difficult to use that I anticipated. Will keep on working with it and report back. Suspect one size does not fit all
