I expected a used product and got one. Still, it lacked sensor cover and lens caps. The touch screen didn't work. I fixed that with a firmware update,

I expected a used product and got one. Still, it lacked sensor cover and lens caps. The touch screen didn't work. I fixed that with a firmware update, but had to buy the missing old-school usb cable to do so. All of which is fine but a heads up would have helped me understand what I was getting myself into. I still haven't had enough time to put the camera through its paces but it seems to work fine so far.
