    Seller cancelled order without my permission stating "buyer requested cancellation", and they only contacted me afterwards! When I then messaged them, they told me they were unable to print the shipping label for my item. Further messages revealed eBay had told them there was "some issue with their account" and this was preventing them shipping or listing new items. Now, this may not be the sellers fault directly, but my overall buying experience with this seller was poor.

    Hello, I had a problem with printing the label, an error popped up, I canceled the order so that there would be no delay and the buyer could buy from another seller to receive the item on time, so I do not agree with the opinion ,the basic solution if there is a problem with shipping is to cancel so that the buyer can buy the item from someone else and receive the item on time I can't ask you for your details outside of ebay and send it privately because ebay would see it as fraud
