Excellent

I have had neck pain for 25 years. It has progressively gotten worse and I wake up every day with neck pain and migraines. My first night trying this pillow I woke up to no neck pain while laying there assessing the product. My pain returned once I got up but to wake up without that pain is priceless. I look forward to my continued use and I'm hopeful this pillow will help improve my pain.

Not impressed

My item had been used when I recieved it and the neck portion did not work correctly. The seller took care of my purchase but I still wanted to leave a review because I will be throwing this item in the trash. The electrode pad chords are kind of short and will not reach low back area. The neck piece did not have a strong connection when used without the electrodes and didn't work at all when they were connected. My unit may have just been a bad one but I figured I would share my input.

Priced too high

Only slightly take the edge off my pain. My widespread pain stays at level 9 or 10 every day so it is hard to find anything that helps. For the price I would hope it would help a little more. Still giving high rating though for quality and natural ingredients.
