  I know nothing about this "doll" it is a gift for a special young lady but I know she will love it. It looks brand new and I guess I didn't notice the size in your description. It is much larger than I thought it was going to be. It arrived quickly...I didn't expect it for days...it was packed very carefully with lots of bubblewrap and extra paper. Communication was excellent as was customer service. Thank you goodie vintage! This was a hassle free excellent transaction!

  Seller listed pillow as new with tags, no stains, smells etc. I received and it it was Not new, stained all over the back near zippers and bug wings in the fur of the pillow. Their response was if I return it back in the same condition as the listing, I could get a refund. got Ebay involved, and was refunded today, however it was NOT a positive transaction, had to drive to the post office to return, what a HUGE waste of time with a NOT honest seller. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

  No bad feedback for 24 years until this buyer! Buyer tried to extort an unnecessary & exorbitant cleaning fee. When both myself & Ebay explained the standard 30 day refund procedure applied instead, she was unhappy not to get her fictitious cleaning fee. I refunded immediately (including my own postage costs) upon return - but she was still unhappy.
